Shipping and Invoicing / Standard Terms and Conditions

GENERAL INFORMATION

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.  International orders must be paid on a US bank in US dollars. We will accept payment by checks encoded by a US bank only.  Customers will be billed for the $35.00 processing fee charged by US banks for overseas checks not encoded by a US bank. We require institutions in some countries to pay in advance of manufacturing their order.  Customer Service will notify you if this prepayment requirement applies to you.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, UNESCO coupons (for an additional charge of 5%), postal money orders, and wire transfers.  Please note there will be a $20.00 (US) pass-through fee included for any wire transfer.  Please call for the necessary transfer information.

SHIPPING AND INVOICING

We ship all US orders by Federal Express unless otherwise specified.  Shipping charges for domestic orders are approximately $20.00, and international orders are approximately $35.00, depending on the country.  Shipping costs my be charged directly to your FedEx account; however, a $5.00 packing fee will be added to the cost.

Freight costs will be pre-paid and added to the cost of the order.

We hold orders for multiple oligonucleotides until all are manufactured unless you request that they are shipped as they are completed.

An invoice is generated per shipment.
