You may place orders from this website using the Oligos Order Form below.  We also accept faxed orders (using the Oligo Fax Order Form) to 866.769.6001 or 503.682.1635.  You will be sent a confirmation by the next business day that we received your order.  Please contact us by email or telephone (800.888.2358 or 503.682.1814) for ordering assistance or questions regarding your order.

One-Day Orders

Oligos Etc. will ship your oligonucleotide the same day it is ordered if the:

•Order is received by 8 a.m. Pacific Standard Time

•Synthesis scale is 50 nmole

•Sequence is less than 40 bases

•Oligonucleotide is unmodified and unpurified DNA (i.e., primer grade)

•Intended use is Research & Development

Please specify "One-Day Order" on your faxed or website order form.

Same-day oligonucleotide orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight.

Oligos

We can synthesize oligomers up to 300 nucleotides long; however, the yield diminishes for oligomers larger than 120 nucleotides.  Therefore, for large constructs, we recommend using ligated 70-80 mers.

Fill out the requested information (required information is highlighted) and follow the prompts.

Note about Sequence Entry:
1.  Type the sequence in triplets from the 5' end to the 3' end (left to right).  Capitalize A, C, and T and type G in lower case (g), except for chimeric oligos where capital and lowercase letters may be used to indicate the different chemistries.
2.  "I" is inosine.
3.  "U" or "(dU)" is considered to be deoxy Uridine in a DNA  sequence, and "U" or "(rU)" is considered to be ribose U in an RNA sequence, unless otherwise specified.
4.  Use the one-letter code for redundancies from the IUB table below.

Product and process development for gram-scale manufacturing is available (i.e., experimental studies at the smaller scale to analyze coupling efficiencies and define process controls prior to scale-up). Inquire about pricing for larger scales, RNA, chimeras, and optimized antisense oligonucleotides.

There is a service charge for sequences containing 15 bases or less.
