To place an order, input the antisense sequences you require on the order form. Clearly indicate "OPTIMIZED ANTISENSE OLIGOMER" in the "Comments" section for each OPTIMIZED oligo required. To obtain the full benefit of this configuration, we strongly recommend using 25nt long sequences, but sequences as short as 17nt have been successful. Third generation optimized antisense oligos are also now available.
